“Stewardship starts with YOU”

h1 May 28th, 2010

“Thank you!! So far in 2010 we are nicely ahead of our 2009 Stewardship pace, thanks to YOU, but we can’t stop or even slowdown, we need more Stewards, we need YOU. Stewardship is the cornerstone of our community, it is the lifeline of our Cathedral. With Stewardship there is no limit to what our Cathedral Community can accomplish. If YOU are already among our Stewards, thank you; if you have not yet committed to 2010 Stewardship please do so now…and don’t forget to urge your friends and family to join you as Stewards. Do you know that your Stewardship level is completely determined by you. It is what you want it to be. It can be your daily cup of coffee, it can be the equivalent of a lunch or a dinner out per week. You can contribute all at once or make weekly or monthly contributions to your Stewardship pledge. However you do it, please join the hundreds of Cathedral Stewards who have already said YES to Stewardship!”

Please Support our Cathedral

A letter from Stewardship Chair John Georgountzos; the Very Rev. Fr. Cleopas Strongylis; and Demetris Photopoulos, Parish Council President:

Dearly Beloved Stewards and Friends of the Annunciation Cathedral family,

CHRIST IS RISEN! CRISTOS ANESTI

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Having recently celebrated Holy Easter, we have an opportunity to reflect on the immense goodness of God and His many blessings to us.

We have just finished a busy Lenten season – from attending many church services and receptions, enjoying fellowship at the Palm Sunday Family luncheon, participating in the Greek Independence Day parade, watching our Greek School students put on a memorable Independence Day program, being enlightened with informative lectures on our religion, Greek culture and health, and watching our basketball teams win two championships! These are only a few recent activities in the life of our historical Cathedral.
